• We truly understand that every customer trusts us solely and buys the product from our site, so we take responsibility for any quality issues arising there-off. We have a 7 Days 100% replacement guarantee.

• If there is a genuine defect with our product, just let us know within 7 days from the date of purchase we will replace the product for you free of cost.

• All our products printed products are custom made after your order. So, replacement is possible only upon a genuine defect. Refund is not possible. For blank items we can refund 100% after inspection back in our warehouse 

• All our products are quality inspected before it is dispatched however in case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), customer has to provide the valid image / video proof related to the issue. 

• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.

• Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for our Innerwear products

Refund Policy

• All refunds will be made to the mode of payment what we have received

• All our products printed products are custom made after your order. So replacement is only possible only upon a genuine defect in the product and we don't refund back. For sizing issues we don't refund or replace. For blank items we can replace the item after inspection back in our warehouse, however if the product is used and return the same will not be refunded
  Prepaid Orders: The refund for the prepaid order will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). The Refund Amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode. Note: If you've placed a prepaid order using a Refund Coupon, the Value of the Coupon Code will be refunded through a Coupon and the remaining amount will be paid through your original payment mode.

• For COD Orders: A coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 hours after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s).

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation request for your order can be done within 3 hours of placing the order through your Account login or if you need any help please contact Help Centre. All our printed orders are custom made so if the order crosses 3 hours of time then the order cannot be cancelled

Factors to consider

• The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

• The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.

• Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.

• Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for the Innerwear.

 

No replacement or refund for size & color issues

• We request our customers to buy the right size before buying. Our t-shirt sizes are Indian standard sizes.

• All our t-shirts are custom made as per your order, so once it is produced upon your order and cannot be sold to anyone else. So, we do not offer size replacement for any order.

• We have displayed our size chart along with the product in each and every page.  Please check our t-shirt chest width & height before you place an order.

• For bulk orders - If you want to buy bulk t-shirts, we suggest you buy 1 quantity first to assure your size and material quality. You can also clarify your doubts by WhatsApp / email / phone call before placing an order.
